Bren Homes App — Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Bren Corporation Private Limited ("Bren", "we") handles personal data in the Bren Homes app. It applies to visitors who browse the app and to Bren apartment owners who log in. We do not sell your personal data.

What we collect

• Enquiry details, if you fill in the "Get in Touch" form: your name, mobile number, email, the project you are interested in, and whether you want a site visit.
• Login details, if you are an owner: your registered mobile number or email, verified with a one-time password (OTP).
• Your home and purchase details, from Bren's customer records: your unit, project, construction status, floor plans, and documents such as agreements, receipts, payment details and home-loan documents.
• Support requests you send us.
• Technical data, collected automatically: device and app information, crash reports and how app features are used.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange site visits.
• To verify your identity and log you in.
• To show your home, construction progress, plans and documents.
• To send you updates and notifications about your project.
• To answer your support requests.
• To keep the app secure and working well.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run the app, such as hosting, OTP delivery, notifications, crash reporting and analytics. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
• Your home-loan lender, where needed for your purchase or loan.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

Storage, security and retention

Your data is stored on servers in India. Some service providers may process data outside India, as permitted by Indian law.

We use reasonable security practices, including OTP-based login and access limited to authorised staff. Please never share your OTP with anyone.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update your data.
• Delete your data.
• Stop processing data you gave us with your consent.

Deleting your account and data. Email tech@bren.com from your registered email address, or include your registered mobile number, and ask us to delete your app account. We will confirm your identity and respond within 30 days. We will keep purchase, payment and other records that the law requires us to retain. Deleting your app account does not affect your property purchase.

Children

The app is meant for people aged 18 and above.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
